“THE MICK JIGGER”
Ingredients:
50 ml The London Nº1
20 ml Heering cherry liqueur
25 ml fresh lemon juice
1 bar spoon homemade cherry marmalade
White yogurt foam
Selz soda water
Nutmeg
Elaboration:
Chill the Collins glass and then put all the ingredients except the soda water, white yogurt foam and nutmeg into the Boston and start to shake. After, change the ice in the glass and then put the Selz soda water, strain twice and to garnish, top with white yogurt foam and grated nutmeg.
