1. What are cookies?

It is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. Cookies allow a web page, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or his or her computer, and can be used to recognize the user.

2. What kind of cookies does this website use?

– “User input and authentication” cookies: These are used to track user actions when filling out registration forms, or to identify themselves to enter into their account.

3. You can allow, block or delete cookies installed on your computer by configuring the browser options installed on your computer.

– For the Google Chrome browser:

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings .
  3. Click Show advanced options .
  4. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content Settings button 
  5. In the “Cookies” section, you can configure the following options:

 

  • Delete cookies
  • How to block cookies by default.
  • How to allow cookies by default.
  • Save cookies and site data by default until you close the browser.
  • Include cookie exceptions from specific domains or websites.

 

– For the Mozilla Firefox browser:

To delete cookies:

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click the   Firefox , scroll through the menu   Record   (Click the menu   Thread Tools   In Windows XP) and select Clear Recent History ….
  2. Sets the Time interval to delete All .
  3. Click the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  4. Select Cookies and make sure that no other items you want to keep are selected.
  5. Click Clear Now to clear cookies, and then close the Clear Recent History window.

 

To block or allow cookies:

1. At the top of the Firefox window, click the   Firefox , scroll through the Options menu and click “Options”.

 

2. Once inside, click on the “Privacy” box. Once inside the “History” section select “Use a custom configuration for the history”.

3. Once inside, remove the checkbox from the Cookies box to Block them or choose the allowed cookies and how long you want them to be saved.

 

– For the Internet Explorer browser:

To delete cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer on the desktop.
  2. Click or click the Tools button, point to Security, and then click or click Delete Browsing History .
  3. Select the Cookies check box, and then click or click Delete .
  4. Open Internet Explorer on the desktop.
  5. Click or click the Tools button, and then click or click Internet Options .
  6. Click or click the Privacy tab, and then under Settings , move the slider all the way up to lock all cookies or fully down to allow all cookies, then click or click OK .

To block or allow cookies:

By blocking cookies, you can prevent certain pages from displaying correctly.

– For the Opera browser:

  1. Open Opera on your desktop.
  2. Click or click on the “settings” button of Opera that is this:.
  3. Click or click the Settings tab .
  4. Click or click the Privacy and Security tab.
  5. Once inside, move the slider down to the Cookies section . Where you will have a series of options:
