This sophisticated cocktail mixes a gentle bitter base with a subtle final touch of sweetness, making the perfect sweet and sour combination of traditional English flavours.
“GOOD BYE BLUE SKY”
- 40 ml London N 1
- 25 ml elderflower liqueur
- 30 ml rhubarb syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 3 fresh raspberry
- 2 drops angostura orange bitter
- 2 coffee spoons of egg white powder
Place the fresh raspberry in the shaker, muddle gently. Add other ingredients except the egg white. Add the ice and the egg white on top of it. Shake well and double strain in a proper cocktail glass already chilled.
Twist of orange on top and slice of dried rhubarb as garnish.
